DINAFON 2014 is a four-day meeting, with plenary sessions, a short course, lectures, round tables, oral presentation sessions, and poster sessions. Papers will be selected through blind peer review. The proposed theme is "Speech and Language Dynamics".

To celebrate its twentieth anniversary, the Phonetics and Psycholinguistics Laboratory of IEL-UNICAMP (Lafape) will hold a colloquium on "Dynamics of Language and Action: Evolutionary and Socio-Cognitive Perspectives. The event will take place at the IEL-UNICAMP Auditorium on May 5th, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

in its fourth edition, this annual event, which, in previous editions, has fostered discussion of dynamically-oriented theories, aims at congregating researchers affiliated to Gestural Phonology and Otimality Theory (or both), in an attempt to promote dialogue between these two kinds of models.
